Roy E. Stolworthy

Leaving school, Roy Stolworthy served nine years in the RAF. On completion of service he worked in the Middle East for five years as a welding instructor.

Returning to the UK to get away from engineering he took employment as area manager for various Credit and Finance companies until retirement.

His first book, produced in 2009 titled Coming Home, WW1 story, was accepted for publishing by Pen & Sword. Available in E-book, hardback, paperback and audio, it is also available in UK libraries.

In 2016 he was invited onto BBC Radio Northampton for a thirty minute stint to discuss his book, something that almost turned him into a gibbering wreck.

Since, he has written six other books choosing to self publish and have total control of his work. With no particular genre in mind, he writes novels he hopes readers will enjoy.

His last novel ‘Pennies in a Pound’ sold exceptionally well world-wide prompting him to begin writing another crime thriller titled, Loose Change. hopefully to be released early 2018.
